PC Solutions Recognised As Disabled Access Friendly
One of the driving forces of moving our computer and laptop repair service to ground floor was to make our service accessible by all people including wheel chair users or other physical disabilities.
We have parking literally on our doorstep
This coupled with the free 15 minutes (there is a parking meter right beside our door) parking initiative currently being supported by Perth and Kinross Council makes it ideal for folk dropping their computer or laptop in for repair. Of course the same applied when they collected their repaired computer :)
We are very lucky to have inherited a disabled access power assisted door from the previous tenants and this is in daily use but those need a wee helping hand to open the door which of course is wheel chair friendly in terms of width and ease of use.
We specifically designed the interior of our computer repair shop so that there are no obstacles or other hazards that could cause a difficulty for a wheel chair user or a visually impaired customer.
The shop floor is nice and even and we have done our very best to ensure that that are no tripping hazards.
We are passionate about providing the very best of customer service that we can so we provide a free carrying service to and from our customer's cars, the near by taxi rank, or the bus stop on Mill Street, Perth.
We have been approved as a disabled friendly shop in Perth via the popular Euan's Guide.
If there is anything else that you think we could do to improve our facilities or service, then please don't hesitate to let us know!
