Winlock pro is easy to use and eliminates malicious or accidental problems brought about by inexperienced or meddling users. Winlock allows you to lock virtually ever aspect of the windows environment and apply these restrictions to an unlimited amount of users. There are two versions of the product - a standalone version and a network version. Both products will protect Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT and Millennium editions.
