The team at PC Solutions deliver excellent customer service, not only do they have fun whilst serving you, they have the knowledge and expertise to have that fun. It is really a personal quality service that they deliver. Pop in and see them and they are always happy to have a chat.

I rang with a computer problem that I had already spoken to 3 different people about with a remote support company.

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and identified the problem really quickly He asked me to call in so he could try a fix. I did this and the problem was resolved within a matter of minutes.

Faced with two options when buying a second hand monitor  E Bay or PC Solutions I was in no doubt as to which I would use.

I have previously used PC Solutions and I knew they would give me the right  advice and support that  a non technical guy such as myself would need.

As expected PC Solutions were able to give me upfront advice and also helped me through the technicalities of setting it up.

Having been a customer of PC Solutions for more than 2 years, I have found, without doubt, the most "user-friendly" one stop shop I have ever had the pleasure to have walked into!.


The staff Keith, Donald, Alex &  Liz are, in any combination, always in front of house to welcome you with a smile and the potential cup of coffee!
 

The shop floor product display is presented in away that makes it easy for a customers to find exactly what they are looking for, and prices marked clearly on every product (something a lot of other computer shops don't do).
 

The one most important point I would make about PC Solutions is that the staff do give 100% attention to you as a customer, and offer professional advice and support. I have had the most instructive and beneficial pointers towards solving my own computer problems over the counter enabling me to go home and sort my own self-inflicted problems.
 

Summing up the whole team at PC Solutions they are "BRILL" P.S. I've also learnt recently they also have personnel who do the odd home visit for chronically sick and house bound computers.

Have used PC Solutions on many occasions for both buying a new computer and computer repairs for my daughters laptop and have been very happy with the service and price.

Have recommended them to friends and colleagues who have had similar experiences

I have posed many questions to them in the past regarding upgrades and hardware and they have kept me in the right direction for value for money. Also they have a nice wee shop that you can browse through blank disks,printers and all the consumables you can think off, not forgetting the latest laptops and desktop computers.

Suspected my disc drive on my laptop was needing replaced. Was quoted £50-£80 from a leading branded pc company.

PC Solutions quoted approx £35 (I thought for parts alone). Total bill including VAT and labour £36.99.

They also fixed the broken opening device for the disc drive in this price.

Great value for money. My view is that they are very honest in estimations for costs, deliver what they offer and have very good customer service.

I would happily recommend PC Solutions to my family and friends.

 My computer has been serviced quite a lot and  I would like to thank the members of staff for their professional workmanship and friendly attitude towards their customers

Donald & Keith whom I mostly deal with when my computer develops problems speak to me as a customer like I was a family friend

. They efficiently diagnose the fault/s & repair my machine, keeping me informed at all times. They mostly use technical language that even those who have litle or no understanding (like me) of the technical issues can understand and no matter how complex the problem is they are able to resolve it. They also are very helpful in assisting customers by carrying their machines to and from their cars, as a disabled person I really appreciate that aspect of their service. It is a pleasure to do business with them as they go out of their way to attend to their customers needs

Having been through the process of trying to get my PC repaired by another repair company and having to take it back again and again I was advised by a person who knew PC Solutions expertise, to take it to PC Solutions. 

Keith and Donald not only sorted out the problem the other repair company had not solved but gave me peace of mind with their service of honesty and integrity that is not often found today

They have also willing helped me with instructions on useage of certain programmes and I have had no hesitation in recommending them to others for repairs. My friends have been pleased with the service that they have been given

I was recommended by a friend to go to PC Solutions Perth when I needed to replace my computer earlier this year. I got excellent service then, and their back-up service has been second to none. All the staff are really genuine and have a great manner, with an obvious skill for pitching the delivery of their knowledge to the customer's own level as well as tailoring advice and assistance carefully to the client's needs. Complementary coffee and bird's-eye street views pleasant perks if waiting time involved.

"This little company, tucked away above eyelevel really is a hidden gem.

The staff speak 'normal-speak' (which for some is a real achievment)as well as the usuall'geek-speak', which makes life a whole lot easier for the average Joe going in. It also helps that they 'bend over backwards' to try and resolve any problem that you may have.

If you like a laugh, then this is also the best place to get one.
