PC Solutions Staff Help Raise FundsFor Guide Dogs For The Blind

Li Young from Perthshire decided she wanted  to give back to the Guide Dogs and Perthshire local community by organising a fundraising fashion celebration and ceilidh evening.

 Li has benefitted from the partnership a guide dog offers and affectionately refers to her dog as ‘her boss’, she quite openly admits that her guide dog has had life changing benefits and she wants more people to feel those benefits, but like everything there is a cost. Li is also passionate about supporting small local businesses and wanted to combine her fund raising evening with a chance for local businesses to showcase themselves, so the Fashion Celebration and Ceilidh evening was born.

PC Solutions staff helped Li to promote the event via their website, talking about the event on social media and getting John Dare from Heartland FM to promote the event on air during his show.

On the actual night, PC Solutions supported the fund raiser buy taking a stand and helping sell special fund raising tickets from Peel 2 Save on behalf of Guide Dogs For The Blind.

The event raised a staggering £2,600 for this very deserving charity - very well done Li!!

In recognition of our efforts, PC Solutions was awarded a Certificate from Guide Dogs For The Blind which now has pride of place in our shop.
