Defender- A free Android Game
Defender recommended by Alex our Special Technician, ( resident Hard Core Gamer) he said it was a tower defence game where you do the shooting!
Tower Defence Game Thats Magic
He summed up the game quite nicely actually the basic premise is to defend your castle by killing oncoming monsters using a combination of your bow and magic.
Both weapon types have upgrades available, from fire rate, to area of damage. Upgrades are purchased with in game using earned coins and earned crystals or alternatively you can purchase these with your hard earned cash If you are impatient!
Very Simple Game Controls
The controls couldn't be simpler. Your Castle is on the left, the monsters attack from the right, and you touch the screen to shoot!
The difficulty goes up as you progress through the unlimited number of levels, but sadly there is a limit on the upgrades you can do to your bow.
This means that around level 500 you'll be maxed out on your bow upgrades, yet the four types of enemy that you face are still getting stronger, leaving you starting to have difficulty completing levels.
Only One Issue
This is the only issue I have with this otherwise its a great game!
Time to complete: technically impossible but level 500 in about 4 weeks
Time to boredom: about 4weeks
