PCS Click and Collect Service
So now, when you order on line, you have the option to have your items delivered directly to your house or to our shop where you can collect them at a time that suits you.
No more having to wait in for a delivery, just order via our secure server and pick up from our shop when it suits you!
Our opening hours are:
Mon to Thursday 0830to 1800
Friday and Saturday 0900 to 1700
Sunday Closed

Delivery Information
Monday – Thursday
The cut-off time for next day orders placed over the phone is 3.30pm and for online orders is 2.30pm.
Friday
The cut-off time for next day orders placed over the phone is 3.30pm and for online orders is 2.30pm. Typically orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the next working day which is Monday
Saturday & Sunday
Although our showroom and workshop is open on a Saturday, our shipping department is closed so any orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday, would be processed on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
Our delivery partner is ParcelForce in the UK so we are governed by their terms, conditions and service availability etc. When your order is shipped, you will be sent details either by txt or email, how to track your delivery.
Please note that the above assumes a normal working week and Public Holidays etc will have an effect on the delivery dates.
In all cases delivery is subject to cleared funds and stock availability. Next Day Deliveries apply to UK Mainland Addresses only.
Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays.
 If this is the case and your delivery has not arrived by 6pm on the due delivery date, please contact us. Many customers ask us for an update on delivery time – unfortunately we are unable to provide this information and request that you use the ParcelForce tracking facility on their web site.
NB All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must be report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. |
